Insurance Information
Our appointment coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. Many companies offer different medical and dental plans. These companies can change benefits, coverage and deductibles many times throughout the year. At times, it is almost impossible to accurately estimate a patient’s insurance and out of pocket expense. A patient that has dental insurance coverage has an agreement directly with that insurance carrier. Due to recent privacy laws, many insurance companies will not disclose policy information with our office directly to avoid violation of these laws. Our communication directly with insurance companies therefore, can often be difficult and time consuming. We do our best to communicate with your insurance company and as a courtesy are happy to help with your electronic claim and estimate submission (where accepted). Most dental insurance policies are limited and often only provide partial coverage for the procedure(s) that may be required. Should you have a question about your dental insurance, our appointment coordinators are happy to try and help when possible.
